speech pathologist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Speech and Language Pathologists work with patients who have speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders.  They may work in hospitals or clinics, private practice, schools or universities, nursing homes, or research laboratories.  They perform examinations, tests, and evaluations as well as provide treatment. 
Salary: 
$30,000 - $40,000
Education:
Students should take the most challenging high school courses (including AP or IB courses) available in science, math, English, and speech. 
Reflection:
I think that I would like to be one because it looks like a very interesting job to work in.
