Reflection: I think that this statement is trying to say that if you follow the rules of obedience then you are going to be happy and cheerful in life. obedience is a big part in life. if you want to be happy then you will obey what people tell you or what is right to do. Not to do the wrong but to do the right.

I can improve my health by start working out and no be lazy just asking people to do stuff or bring stuff to me. instead i am going to do it myself.also i can join a sport or something to be working out even more. i can stop eating junk food such ass soda or sugary stuff. also i can stop stressing over ever little thing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
A sports doctor can enjoy the coveted stability and satisfaction of a career treating patients in a hospital or clinic. And at the same time, this doctor could also work for professional or college sports teams, traveling with the players and enjoying games from the sidelines! Not many careers boast such a varied professional landscape, but this variety is just one of the many appeals of becoming a sports doctor.

Reflection: I think that this statement is trying to say that if u don't play by the rules it isn't going to get u anywhere but if u play by the rules its better to lose with honor than win without it.

Attitude

I believe that the word attitude means a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. Some words that mean the same thing as attitude are Arrogance which is one of the main words that describes this word attitude. Also there is boldness and outlook. A god example of attitude is when a person uses their behavior in a good way without screaming or violence. For example when your parents tell u to do something you do it without screaming or doing faces or something bad about it. A bad example is when they tell you something but instead of doing it you start cussing at your parents or make faces at them. They know what is best for you that’s why they tell you to the stuff they tell you. No matter what you always have to have a positive attitude no matter what. Positivity is always the best.
